The pavilion was dedicated on July 19, 1987. The people of Holy Martyrs raised the money, designed, planned, cleared the woods, sunk the pilings, and built the structure and picnic tables. Many masses, picnics, pancake breakfasts, square dances and other social events are held here throughout the year. The Parish Center was completed in April of 1983. The Breakfast Club, a religous education program for parish high school students, meets here on Sunday mornings during the school year.
